Toners though badged correctly did not fit the machines, I was advised that the correct toners had been sent. Photgraphs were sent which showed that our machines had a plastic guide notch on the toner drum and your toners had the same guides but on the toner cartidge. Advice was sought and after some remedial changing of plastic guides all was solved. As to the quality of toner - only time will tell.
