Hi there, thanks for your question about Katun ink sticks for the Xerox ColorQube 8580 printer! The Katun products we sell are extremely high quality products and so we offer the same 3 year guarantee that we also offer with our own brand inks and toners. If you have any problems at all then we'd be happy to replace or refund although I don't believe we've ever had an issue with Katun solid ink sticks at all so I've no doubt you'll be fine!
