Hello, I am thinking of buying a wax printer. Which of the Phaser models would you say is the most reliable? I'd like the one that can print on both sides. I know this is just an opinion. Thank you!

Hi Joe, thanks for your message. I would actually be a bit cautious about buying a solid ink printer because Xerox has discontinued them all now. They're selling off all the printers and wax very cheap at the moment as they will no longer be making them. We had one of the machines in our office, it was very good to be fair and lasted for a good number of years, but we had to replace it as it broke recently. We replaced it with an HP page-wide inkjet machine.
