What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

Can I print A4-size Transparency sheets on this printer? If yes, are there any special requirements? Do you supply suitable Transparency sheets ?

Hi there, you may be able to get laser and copier transparency film but we don't sell it I'm afraid. Any other type of transparency film would melt during the printing process due to the heat created in a laser printer, so it needs to be specific for a laser printer.

The last time I bought an original toner the colour was only about 60% of what it normally is and even after replacement was no better. Does your MLT-D111L guarantee a good very clear print?

Hi there, we manufacture our cartridges / toner to a high quality but to be transparent, whilst the quality will be very good it won't quite be as good as the original. However, we do offer a 3 year guarantee so if you aren't satisfied with the print quality we'll happily arrange a return / refund.

Hi there, no the Q2612A isn't compatible with any Samsung printers. The current Samsung M2070W toners will soon be replaced by HP versions but they will be new toners such as the HP 106A.

Hi there, of course, I can help. :)

There are 4 toners at the top of this page, the top 2 are compatible and manufactured by us so are a little cheaper. Of the two, the only difference is the number of pages they can print off. The top one prints up to 1800 pages so are the best value for money. The last 2 are manufactured by Samsung but are similar as they each print a different number of pages (you can see the number of pages next to the black colour block). Hi John, the MLT-D111S and MLT-D111S/ELS are exactly the same cartridge. Samsungs official code has the '/ELS' but most retailers leave that part off because the slash causes issues with back-office systems. The MLT-D111L is the same cartridge again but contains a higher amount of toner than the MLT-D111S (1800 pages versus 1000 pages).

Hi Pauline, yes that's correct, it's actually the same printer but for some reason, Samsung sometimes adds the SL- but there's no difference between the two.

Hi there, yes that is correct. The cartridges are the same for the Samsung Xpress M2070W printer. The 'SL' model is exactly the same printer as the 'non SL' model. It's just a code that Samsung added but don't use in their descriptions and labels.
