We offer a 3-year guarantee on our compatibles that cover the printer. In other words, if they were to cause a problem in your printer we would send out a technician to have a look and if the problem was caused by our cartridges, we'd fix or replace the printer for you.

Original printer manufacturers tend to push the message that using compatibles in your printer will invalidate your warranty however it's illegal to stipulate this. It is a grey area and confusing for customers because this refers to the standard 1-year warranty you get when a printer has been purchased from new and not an extended warranty purchased at a later date.

We always offer our compatibles as an alternative to the original cartridges / a cost-effective option, and we manufacture the best quality cartridges as it makes no business sense to us to sell inferior products and cause problems for customers. I will honestly never claim there would never be a chance of the printer breaking because of a compatible but in the 11 years that I've worked in this industry, it's only happened a handful of times, and during those times, we replaced the printer for our customer. To give you a fair answer, no they won't be detrimental to your printer as they are similar to the original Samsung so there is nothing in the toner that would make it operate in any different way to the genuine Samsung toner. What's more, we manufacture all our compatible Samsung cartridges here in the UK to the highest standards, so they are of the best quality, would cost a little bit more than most compatibles but you aren't paying for something shipped in from China. This is why we offer a 3-year guarantee because we stand by our quality and it gives you the utmost confidence.

With regards to the quality of the print, they will never be as good as the original Samsung so we always advise that if the quality is very important to you then you may want to remain using the original, however, they are at the highest scale of quality for compatibles and our warranty does cover quality so give them a try and if you aren't happy then we will take them back and offer a refund or exchange.
