What does the 'W' mean in the printer model number for this Oki machine. Mine doesn't have it so I'm not sure if I'm looking at the right toners.
Hi Danielle, the letters that can be found at the end of a printer model more often than not refer to the functionality of the printer so usually providing that the first set of letters and number of the printer model match your printer then the cartridges the printer needs will be exactly the same. So in your case if the Model number of MC562 is the same then the toners it takes will be exactly the same. The 'dnw' stands for duplex, networked and wifi meaning the printer can print on both sides of the page, can be connected up to an office network and can also be connected to via WIFI.
The yellow toner looks different from the other colours in your picture, is that a mistake?
Hi, thanks for getting in touch with us. I've looked in to that and you are indeed correct. The images are provided directly from the manufacturer and it looks like they have given us the wrong images for both the yellow and black toner cartridges. If you buy them the product will be the correct one and similar to the other colours not the ones in the picture. We'll take a look at that and get the images replaced as soon as possible. Thanks for bringing that to our attention.
