If your product becomes faulty
- Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
- Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
- You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
- Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
- Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

Hi, you can find the drum units for the C530DN at the bottom of the page in the maintenance section. Currently, the original Oki is out of stock but we have a compatible version.

Hi there unfortunately we don't offer a compatible version of the drum unit for the C530dn laser printer, at the time being we don't manufacture one as there hasn't been a great deal of demand. We can however take a look at the price for you on the original drum unit and see if there's anything we can do for you. If you could drop us a line on 0345 365 3605 and our friendly customer care team will be able to take a look for you.

Do I need to buy one of 4 drum units (one for each colour)?

Hey, thanks for asking a question. I can tell you that you only need to actually buy one of the drum units or kits as it is actually one large unit that houses all 4 of the different colour toner cartridges. The drum unit is the part of the printer that transfers the toner onto a photoconductive green drum and transfers the toner onto the paper. If you have any more questions please let us know.
