  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).

  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.

Yes, the dwe just refers to the functionality of the printer. So long as the model number matches, it will take the same cartridges.

On the address page of the checkout, if you set the drop down as business and you are spending £300 or more, then the pay by credit account option will appear. Bear in mind that it can take a few days to the set the account up so if you need the cartridges right away, its best to pay by card and then set the account up later via the following page: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/premieraccount/
