If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

How do I install a new toner cartridge in my Lexmark CX517de printer?

Open the front door of your printer and remove the imaging unit. Then, remove the used toner cartridge from the imaging unit. Take your new cartridge out of its packaging, and shake it to redistribute the toner. You’ll then need to remove the seal and cover, before inserting it into the imaging unit. After closing the door, the printer will be ready to use again.

How do I maintain my Lexmark toner cartridge?

To maintain your Lexmark toner make sure that you don’t pull out the toner cartridge whilst the printer is in use. Shaking the cartridge too much will also damage it - shaking it a few times gently can help extend its life but be careful not to overdo it! To preserve the quality of your Lexmark CX517de toner, it is also important to keep it out of sunlight and any extreme temperatures.

With regards to the Lexmark cx417de colour laser printer, when was this model introduced, because I have just purchased one, and would like to be able to get compatible toners?

Hi there, I believe it was released at the end of summer 2017. We're currently in the process of adding new ranges of compatible toners and I can see that the compatibles for the CX417de are on the list. It will take us around a week to get these added to the website and stocked but if you check back then, they should be available.
