If I order an ink cartridge and it turns out to be the wrong one, can I get a replacement or refund?

Hi there, the best thing to do is let us help you pick the correct cartridge. If you can let us know your printer model, I can direct you to the right page. If you do order and it's the wrong one, make sure you don't open the box and we can arrange the replacement or refund but if it's open it's unlikely we can take it back.
