What's the difference between the photoconductor, photo developer and imaging unit?

A
Hi, each of the items you mentioned is maintenance items for the Lexmark CX410 range of printers and don't contain toner powder, they basically process the print and transfer the toner to the page. The photoconductor unit is a drum that uses static electricity to roll the toner from the toner cartridge to the paper. The photo developer contains the charger wire to fuse the toner to the page and an imaging unit contains both a photoconductor and photo developer so you don't need to buy them separately.
Q
What is the difference between the Lexmark CX410e and the CX410de? Are they the same?

A
As far as I can find out there is only one major difference between the two Lexmark laser printers CX410de and CX410e. The CX410de has the ability to print on both sides of a piece of paper without having to turn the paper over after printing the first side. That's a function called auto duplex which is what the 'd' in the printer model number stands for. Other than that the printers both take exactly the same toner cartridges so you will have no issues if you buy any of these cartridges.
