Hi, in regards to buying the compatible printer toner we need to know why when we put in that the "supply error" message comes on whenever we are switching the printer on.

Hi there, thanks for your question. HP do tend to keep changing the software to discourage the use of compatibles. Follow the tips on our page that gives advice on printers not recognising compatible cartridges and if you still have no luck resolving the problem, let us know and we'll see if we can get a replacement sent out.
