What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

Hi there, unfortunately, you don't get the drum unit with the toner cartridge that is shown in the image. The image is provided by the manufacturer but is the only one available to us so I'm sorry for the confusion! We'll see if we can change the image. Thanks again for your question.

How do I insert a new drum cartridge into my HL2035 printer? I can't find the compartment for it.

Thanks for getting in touch. The drum unit is actually attached to the toner cartridge that currently sits in your Brother HL-2035 printer (rather than having its own separate compartment) so what you'll need to do is open up the front flap on the printer so you can see the toner cartridge. Pull the toner (and drum) out of the machine and place it somewhere safe. Then you should see a small green lever on the toner / drum. Pull the lever to release the toner from the old drum unit, get the new drum out and remove any protective tabs or stickers / packaging and place the toner cartridge into the new drum unit until the green lever locks back in place. You'll then be able to place both combined units back into the printer. You may also need to reset the printer memory by unplugging at the wall for 10 - 15 minutes and then plugging back in and switching the printer back on. If you need any more advice, let me know!
