Brother DCP-L2500D zoom
Brother DCPL2500D toners come in 2 different page capacity options to suit different customer print needs. If you normally use your Brother printer on a day to day basis and print a fair amount then it makes great sense to purchase the high capacity TN2320 toner that offers up to 2600 prints at a reduced cost compared to buying more than one of the standard sized toner. If you print a lower amount with your DCP-L2500D machine then it may be better for you to purchase a standard TN2310 toner cartridge that will allow you to print up to 1200 pages. Whichever Brother toner you choose, we offer free courier shipping so there's no added cost at the checkout!

Q
What arrangements do you have for me to recycle cartridges for Brother DCP-L2500D?

A
Hi, we have more information here: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/recycling/

Q
I ordered a toner ID TN2310 to fit my Brother printer DCP-L2500D. I have installed your cartridge as per the instructions that you supplied. The printer however is not recognizing that the toner cartridge has been changed but is still saying that the toner cartridge needs replacing. Can you advise on this problem. Clare

Hi Clare, Thanks for your email. Of course we can advise. There may be a number of reasons and a few things you can try. It’s generally caused by the printer memory not resetting correctly when you install a new cartridge. Here’s an advice page with some instructions on how to reset the memory. Give the steps a try and if you still have problems let us know on 0345 365 3605 and we’ll be happy to do everything we can to get you up and running. https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/blog/2014/07/printer-not-recognising-compatible-cartridges/ Of course if you’d rather chat to a member of the customer care team then please feel free to call us on 0345 365 3605 and we’d be happy to help.

Q
I have never used a compatible toner cartridge before, but have hear people having bad experiences with them...i.e. dumping way too much ink in to the machine..ink that was not toner...but your company has put up two cartridges that are compatible with my Brother DCP-L2500D product code RETN2310 -1,200 pages price £24.50 and RETN2320 - 2,600 pages for only £23.90 can you explain why that is, and also will one of these if I select it definitely work in my Brother DCP-L2500D

Hi there, yes of course I will do my best. The prices are based on the cost from where we manufacture our compatible cartridges and it does seem that for some reason the higher capacity cartridge has a lower manufacturing cost so we can sell it for cheaper. Although this is not usually the norm, it can often be because more people purchase this cartridge and so it brings the costs down. Our cartridges will definitely work. Although compatible toners aren't always perfect due to recycled components being used, we have a less than 1% failure rate and to give you piece of mind we offer a 3 year guarantee so I'm very confident that you'll be happy if you purchase one.
