If you have ordered printer paper and it has arrived damaged, please refuse the delivery and let us know right away so we can arrange a replacement to be sent.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to Return:
- You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged.
- Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
- Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.

We have a Xerox C405 printer/scanner and the message is showing that the drum cartridge kit is past end of life.
What do I need to buy please for this model to fix the issue.

you need to replace the drum units (also called imaging units) which can be purchased as individual colours or 4 packs at the bottom of this page:

Morning,
We have a Xerox Versalink C7025, I've noticed that our Drum Cartridges (all 4) will soon need replacing, they are at 9%. Is this the correct replacement product - Xerox 113R00780 Image Drum Kit.
And do you have any idea how much life is left in them if they are at 9%?

Hi Abi, yes this is the correct replacement drum for the Xerox Versalink C7025 printer. You should be able to print a report on the printer that will give you a more accurate number of pages remaining. They're normally called supplies status or supplies report in the printer menu.

Hi there, no this isn't the correct drum unit though as you mentioned, it looks very similar to the correct one. You do need the one with reference 113R00782. Any other drum won't work correctly. Unfortunately, we're unable to get the 113R00782 drum from the manufacturer.

Do you only need 1 drum for the C7020 or is it a drum per colour?
