If you change your mind - 30 Days to Return:
- You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged.
- Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
- Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.

I see you do a compatible version of this product which is quite a bit cheaper, I just wanted to make sure that it prints as many pages as the original Xerox before I go ahead and buy one. Does it come with a guarantee on how many pages it prints?

Hi there, thanks for your question. The Xerox 101R00474 is actually a drum unit and not a toner cartridge so it doesn't actually print. It attaches to the existing toner and moves the toner powder to the page but it doesn't contain enay toner and I just wanted to make sure you were aware before you go ahead and buy one, in case you thought it was a toner. Aside from that, the compatible version will last for the same number of cycles as the original Xerox 101R00474 and our guarantee does cover the number of cycles providing the page coverage is 5% as stated by ISO.
