Hi, the last OKI toner cartridge I purchased for a B432 printer from yourselves in March is not working. The printer is showing the message install toner, 613 toner missing, its not been used that long but did work OK when it was first installed, I've gone through OKI's recommended action but it still doesn't work, it has also flashed install genuine OKI toner, can you please advise.
