Customer Questions (1)
Q
I ordered ink cartridges for my Epson XP 15000. The website seemed to indicate that a multipack 378 XL would suit my machine. However, I find that on looking at the package several printer models are listed e.g.XP8500, but not mine. On the other hand, a single black cartridge that arrived listed both models. I suspect that the multipack won't work with my machine.
Please advise.
Thanks, Bob.

Hi Bob, thanks for your question. Here's the page on our website that lists all the cartridges that will work in the XP-15000: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/model/Epson-XP-15000-ink-cartridges/
We don't list the multi-pack that you mentioned as you are correct, it isn't meant for your printer. That's because it contains the light cyan and light magenta colours that don't go in your printer but do go in the XP-8500. If you need any more advice, you can contact us on 0345 365 3605 and we'll be happy to help.
