I returned the compatible value pack due to leakage occurring and the cost has now been refunded - a superb 2 year guarantee. The Brother pack is very good, but too expensive. I was advised that the compatible contract has now been placed with a British company and the quality control is expected to improve. In view of Tonergiant's excellent guarantee, I will definitely try the compatible toners again.
