If you are getting an error message on your Brother printer after installing a new Brother TN320C toner, that says 'no toner- or 'toner error' then it indicates that either the cartridge has been installed into the incorrect colour slot, or that they aren't sat correctly in the printer. This can happen when the toner hasn't been pushed in correctly and the metal contacts aren't touching inside the printer and against the cartridges micro-chip. Try to take the cartridge back out and check that it's inserted in the correct slot and fully pushed in.
If you still get an error, there could be a broken piece on the side of the cartridge that could be stopping it from sitting inside the printer correctly. Thoroughly check the cartridge, and if it is broken, contact us to arrange a replacement.
