Hi, which printer model do you have? It's normally via the tray at the bottom or via a panel on the back of the printer. If you can let me know which model you have I can look into this in more detail for you.

In the product specification there is no mention of MFC-J5320DW, is that an error? I wonder if this ink will be suitable for this model! Paul
