This is the original Brother DR230CL drum unit multipack that contains a set of 4 drum units intended to be used for each of the colour toners in your printer.
To replace a drum unit, simply remove the existing toner cartridge, disconnect the drum unit from its toner cartridge by sliding the green button across. Then, place the toner cartridge into the new drum unit (after removing the orange protective cover) and slide back into the printer. New drum units will last up to 15,000 prints before needing to be replaced again.
