My Xerox WorkCentre 6605 does not have the letter "N" or "DN" after its name so which should I choose, please?

Hi there, with regards to printer model numbers, the letter D stands for duplex function (which means prints on both sides of the page) and N means networked so if your printer is the WorkCentre 6605 it will take the same printer cartridges as the Xerox Workcentre 6605N or DN printer.
