What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

Order before 5:30 pm on any working day and so long as the products are in-stock, your order will be delivered on the next-working-day.

Hi, we have been buying colour cartridges from you for years. Our printer is a Xerox Phaser 7760 which is now obsolete (I think). In any event there are things that we can no longer get for the printer and it has stopped working. We need an Imaging unit and a waste unit. Our dilemma is whether we order an entire new machine? Currently we have a two full sets of (toner giant) new colour cartridges which we are unable to use. Question is can you supply a new machine that is an equivalent? How much would an equivalent machine be? can we return the colour cartridges and get a credit against a new machine and its supplies? Our machine is a 5 drawer laser machine allowing A3 and A4.

Hi there, thanks for your question.

I've just had a look at your previous orders and the printer you have and it is now discontinued which is why it's quite difficult to get the maintenance parts. It looks like the cartridges were manufactured just for your printer, so I'm afraid there are no alternative machines that the cartridges would work in.

With regards to a replacement printer, it looks like the replacement model is the Xerox versalink C9000 range. It's quite an expensive machine at £3000 - £4000. We don't have many printers available on our website anymore due to poor supply, so aren't able to offer you a good alternative.

I will forward your message on to one of the team to see what we can do about your cartridges that haven't been used and someone will be in touch with you to chat about it.
