I’m getting streaks all over the page. The toners are not empty, so I don’t know why it’s happening. Can you help?

Yes, I can hopefully help you with that issue. First step to try is to a run a cleaning cycle on the printer. From the control panel, select these options: Printer tools > Troubleshooting > resolve problems > smears, smudges and streaks > start cleaning. If that doesn’t work, print out a test page and see which colour has the issue. If all the colours have the streak, then the fuser unit may need replacing.
