This is not a complaint but I thought I would mention my concern. I used your compatible colour toner cartridges for the first time in my Samsung printer. Previously used Samsung original. My impression is that they have not lasted as long as the originals with about the same use of printer despite being high capacity versions and most of our printing is black and white. Your delivery and quality of the prints are very good.
