Hi Lauren, Thank you for your message.
I've just had a look into your account and it looks like you've only ever purchased the original Black Ricoh toners from us.
The issue you described can be caused by the waste toner collector being full. The waste toner collects loose toner in the printing process but if it's full, it will cause the leaking/overflow you've described. You're waste toner collector will look something like the following product in your printer
https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/product/Ricoh-406043-Waste-Toner-Bottle-406043-5600/. The best thing to do is try to hoover out any loose toner in your printer and then check the waste cartridge to see if it looks full / or leaks when you remove it. If it is full, it will need to be replaced with the product in the link above. If that doesn't seem to be the case, it could be that you have some faulty colour toners and they would need to be replaced, unfortunately.
If there's anything more we can do to help, please let me know! Thanks, Stu.
