We have started to get black dots when we print. We think the drum may need replacing. Do you sell them and how do you check the lifespan of a drum?

Hi there, yes that is normally due to marks or damage to the drum unit or a leaking toner cartridge. There should be a menu option on your printer to print off a status sheet that will tell you if it's near its life. Alternatively, if you can see leaked toner particles inside the printer it might indicate a leaking cartridge, or if you can see the drum cylinder behind the toner (take the toner out) you may be able to spot any damage or fingerprints on the actual cylinder in the middle. Unfortunately, we can't source the replacement drum parts at this time. I'm sorry I couldn't help further
