What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
We don't think you should pay more at the checkout, and we're proud to be one of the only printer cartridge suppliers to offer Free guaranteed next-day delivery to all mainland UK addresses.
Order before 5:30 pm on any working day and so long as the products are in-stock, your order will be delivered on the next-working-day.

Sorry me again! I've been trying to get a compatible Oki Magenta drum unit 42918106 now for about four weeks, I tried you first as I usually do, but it seems that no one has them at all, I've tried everywhere. Would you say really that my best option is to get a original now, rather than wait and then find they're discontinued? Regards Elaine

Hi Elaine, if everyone is struggling to get them, I would imagine it's likely they're about to be discontinued. We would probably be waiting up to a month to find out if they come in or not. I would say for now at least go for the original. Use the voucher TG10 for 10% off them.

Hi, I've noticed that the compatible drum units and toners for the Oki C9650 are out of stock and have been for a while, I managed to get a toner last year from you, but see that nothing compatible is available now. Have all of these been discontinued now and only the originals available? Regards Elaine

Hi Elaine, it looks like the last time we had some in stock was the 5th April but I don't see any on order. I would say its possible they'll come back into stock in the next few weeks (we can't tell what will arrive on the delivery from the far east until it gets here) but if the shipment doesn't contain them, they'll likely be discontinued and there will only be original Oki left. I'm sorry that's a bit ambiguous but I'm afraid I don't have any clearer info from the manufacturer.

The compatible toners are in stock, its just the drums that aren't.

We have a bulk delivery from the manufacturer due in around 2 weeks' time. Unfortunately, I can't check if it's on the delivery until it arrives, however, it's not a popular item and it's likely that it's no longer available if it doesn't arrive on that delivery.
