Can you help, please? What's the difference between the transfer belt, drum and fuser do I need to buy them to make my C610 printer work?

Hello, yes of course. The three items you mentioned are all key printer maintenance parts and you only need to replace them when your printer alerts you to. The drum unit sits under each toner cartridge and is a metal cylinder that transfers toner powder from the cartridge to the paper. The transfer belt's purpose is to roll the paper through the machine until passes under the drum units, allowing them to do their job and the fuser unit is the part of the process which is a filament that carries an electrical current to heat it up and fuse or melt the toner on to the page, therefore, sealing it.
