Hi, yes we do. If you have any faults at all we offer a replacement or refund within 6 months for originals and 3 years for compatibles.

Dear sir/madam In the past I have purchased C5750 printer cartridges off the internet and the sensor error message appears leaving me unable to use that cartridge. When I use an OKI original cartridge this error message does not appear. Can I be reassured that your cartridges are compatible?

Hi there, we guarantee our compatible cartridges for 3 years and we only manufacture the highest quality cartridges so our failure rate is under 2%. I'm confident that you won't have any issues as we use original recycled Oki cases so the toner sensor will be in the correct position. Here's our promise though...On the off chance that you experience any issues, we'll collect the cartridge ourselves and give you a full refund or replacement, whichever you choose.
