Our own brand compatible is manufactured for us but not by OKI. They have some remanufactured parts but springs, hoppers, etc are normally replaced and they are guaranteed for 3 years.

How do I replace the toner cartridge?

Hi there, to replace the toner cartridge open the toner chamber on the printer and then pull the blue toner release lever, which will then allow you to slide the cartridge out. Remember to peel off the adhesive tape on the new toner, lower the cartridge into your printer which sits above the image drum then push the blue lever to lock the cartridge in place.
