Good afternoon, we don't currently send out printer cartridges to anywhere outside of the UK so we'd be unable to ship off an order to South Africa for you. This is because we don't currently have any suppliers located in other countries that could ship a cartridge to you that would work correctly in your printer. Assuming your printer was not purchased in the United Kingdom. Printers are region-specific and take very different cartridges based on where it was purchased.

How come there are 2 of each cartridge for my printer, I'm not sure which one to buy, are they all correct?

Yes, the cartridges are all guaranteed to work in your Oki C5400TN printer and there are 2 of each colour because the more expensive cartridges can print a much higher amount of pages which means they are more economical to buy if you need to print more. You can see the amount each cartridge prints next to the product image in the list under the description.
