Hi Terri, thanks for your question about Oki's original cartridges. We do offer an original toner cartridge guarantee on all Original printer-branded cartridges and it is 6 months long. If you have any trouble at all from quality issues to faults with your cartridge, we will collect and replace or refund your cartridge for you. We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase and importantly, happy with our service to you so if you have any trouble, then please do let us know and we'll be happy to rectify it for you.

Hello Mandy, yes we do indeed sell original Oki toner cartridges for the Oki C5400N laser printer. There are a few ways you can navigate to them on our website. If you take a look at your printer image at the top of the page there are 2 handy buttons and one says 'show original toner cartridges'. If you click that button then the original toner cartridges will appear right there at the top of the page. The other way is to scroll straight to the bottom of the page and you will see them listed underneath our compatibles.

If you are ever unsure it's always best to ask us via question or live chat and we'll be happy to confirm for you. The cartridge you need has references 42127408 for Black, 42127407 Cyan, 42127406 Magenta, and 42127405 for Yellow.
