I HAVE AN OKI CARTRIDGE FOR 4545 COPIER. NUMBER ON THE BOX IS "4518-861". THERE ARE NO OTHER MARKINGS ON THE BROWN CARTON. IS THIS AN OKI PRODUCED CARTRIDGE?

It does look like that is the code for a genuine Oki toner cartridge (not one that we have available however). It may be for a printer not purchased in the UK. From what I can tell it looks like it's the B4500 series printer models B4518 or B4861
