Hi, thanks for your question. I can't find the code for the waste toner anywhere I'm afraid. There doesn't seem to be any information for it, and even the Oki website / printer manual doesn't list a replacement waste toner. Is there a message on the printer screen?
With regards to the toner, there doesn't seem to be a reset button, so it sounds like the printer memory needs a hard reset. Take the toner back out then turn the printer off and unplug it for 10 minutes. then plug it back in and switch it back on. Re-install the toner and it should trigger the memory to reset.
