If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

How do I replace toner in the Lexmark CS827de?
Open the front cover above the paper trays. Pull out the toner cartridge drawer. Press the release tab and remove the empty cartridge. Unpack and shake the new cartridge gently side to side. Insert it into the matching colour slot until it clicks. Push the drawer in and close the cover. The printer will recognise the new cartridge automatically.
How do I clean or replace the imaging unit / waste toner bottle for the Lexmark CS827de?
To replace the imaging unit: Turn off the printer and open the front cover. Pull out the toner cartridge drawer and remove all toner cartridges. Lift out the imaging unit for the colour that needs replacing. Unpack the new imaging unit, avoiding contact with the green drum surface. Insert it firmly into the slot until it clicks. Reinstall the toner cartridges and close the front cover. Power the printer back on — it will automatically recalibrate.

Hi, I normally buy my toner from you for my Lexmark CS827. For some reason my search is showing up a different image to the usual toner. Could you tell me what i should be looking at?

Hi there, thanks for your question. I can see from your previous order that they are the same cartridges as on this page.  We have recently changed to a different provider of the images so that will be why the images differ. They are certainly the right ones for the Lexmark CS827 printer.
