Hi, the waste toner cartridge is sat just beneath the toner cartridges, if you lift out and remove the toner cartridges, you will be able to pull the green levers on each side of the waste toner cartridge and then remove it. Do you recycle Lexmark empty cartridges, I have a lot of them stored here and I need to send them on. I don't want to just put them in the bin.

Hi there, if you purchased your Lexmark C546DTN cartridges from us then you should have received a return bag in the box with your cartridges. That's part of Lexmarks return program for recycling empty toners. If not or you don't have the return bags we can recycle them with our recycle program that you can find on our page here: https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/recycling/
