My Kyocera ECOSYS P3045dn printer is printing with black vertical lines, it's not a clean print. Is this the toner cartridge or something else?

Hi there, thanks for your question. Black lines down the page can be caused by either a drum unit (possibly built into the toner cartridge) or dirty rollers. If the lines are uniform to the edges of the paper, it might be dirty rollers but if they are more to the centre of the page or not consistent, it could be a faulty toner/drum.
