Does using the compatible cartridges void the printer waranty?

Hi there, there are 2 warranty types (the 12 months standard warranty that comes with all new printers, or an extended printer warranty that is bought separately). It's illegal for the printer manufacturers to claim that using compatible cartridges voids your standard 12-month printer warranty, but they won't honor an extended warranty if you use compatibles. To give our customers confidence, we cover both eventualities. If someone's printer breaks because of any of our compatibles, we'd send a technician to fix your printer and if it can't be fixed, we'd replace the printer for you. I've only seen this happen a few times over the last 12 years so there's nothing to worry about at all and our compatibles are extremely high quality / guaranteed for 3 years.
