Hi there, if you bought your toner from us, give us a call on 0345 365 3605 and we can see if we can help further. If not, I think it could be that the waste toner collector is full and therefore can't hold anymore toner.

I am checking the prices of toner cartridges for our
K-M Bizhub C35.
Can you please tell me why the 'compatible' toners are more expensive than the 'original' toner cartridges?

Hi there, I had a look to check if this is a mistake. We base our final price on the cost price of the individual toners or the manufacturing cost. It looks like the original Konica toners have come right down and are now lower than the cost to manufacture the compatibles so the final price has been calculated much cheaper.
