Kodak Hero 5.1 ink cartridges are some of the most inexpensive available online. Kodak billed it's Hero printer range as great choice for customers who didn't want to spend a large amount of money each time they needed to replace ink cartridges and whilst Kodak Hero printers are no longer available to buy, we do still supply the full range of inks, including compatible alternatives. What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
We don't think you should pay more at the checkout, and we're proud to be one of the only printer cartridge suppliers to offer Free guaranteed next-day delivery to all mainland UK addresses.
Order before 5:30 pm on any working day and so long as the products are in-stock, your order will be delivered on the next-working-day.

How many pages does the colour compatible pack print?

The compatible ink cartridge pack prints the same amount as the original packaging so you can print up to a maximum of 335 pages based on the manufacturer's listed amount. If you're printing photographs or lots of colours that may be reduced. Do these ink cartridges work in Advent printers as well, they're the same arent they?

Hi, that's kind of correct. Advent printers are re-branded Kodak printers but unfortunately, you can't just use Kodak labelled ink cartridges in the Advent printers as the printer would likely not accept them. If you let me know your Advent printer model I can direct you to the correct inks that you need as we do sell compatible inks for Advent printers. Alternatively, if you'd like to give us a call we can place your order over the telephone.

Hi, thanks for visiting. Unfortunately, Kodak doesn't manufacture printers anymore as the printing division of Kodak went into administration. We can still get the ink cartridges so that isn't a problem but if you're looking to replace your Kodak Hero printer, you won't be able to purchase a new model. I can advise a good printer model for you to purchase if you'd like? Epson tends to be a very good range. Let me know which features you'd like in a printer and I'll be happy to advise.
