If your product becomes faulty
- Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
- Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
- You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
- Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
- Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

In the HP CH082EE 364 ink and paper pack you will receive the standard HP 364 cyan, magenta and yellow ink cartridges and also a pack of 10 x 15 photo paper containing 85 sheets for you to print off your photographs.

How come there are two of each of the HP 364 colours, what's the difference?

Hello, for the HP Photosmart Premium Fax printer you have a choice of different sized cartridges to purchase. There are HP 364 and HP 364 XL cartridges available and the main difference is that the XL range of ink cartridges will print around about double the number of pages that the standard none XL cartridges will print. The XL cartridge however is not double the price which means you are getting twice as many prints for slightly more cost. It's a better deal all around.

How do I make a price promise claim? I've seen the 364 Photo cartridge is a bit cheaper at another shop, is it included?

Providing the item you found isn't on offer or on a marketplace or offset by delivery cost, all you have to do is make your purchase with us and then fill in a price promise claim within 7 days.
