I've got a faulty cartridge but I'm not sure what I need to do to get a replacement. I've got an HP C309h printer. It's the magenta that won't print, thanks for your help, Lisa.

Hello Lisa, the problem you are experiencing with your cartridge could be for several reasons, we would recommend following some simple procedures that our customer service team would be happy to discuss with you as the cartridge you have may not be faulty. If it is and you have ordered an original manufacturer product then you have 6 months from the date of order to receive a free replacement or you have 3 years from the order date if you have purchased a compatible cartridge.
