How do your compatibles compare to the HP 364 inks, do you offer a warranty?

I'm lost....what's the difference between the Black, Black xl and Photo ink cartridges? Are they not just all the same?

Hello, I can understand your confusion! There are basically 3 different black cartridges and each of those 3 come in both standard 364 sizes and XL 364 sizes. So the HP Photosmart C6380 printer should have 5 cartridge slots inside it. A slot for each of the Black, cyan, magenta, yellow and photo cartridges. You would need to purchase one of each of those cartridges to fill all 5 slots to get the printer to work and you can choose from either standard or XL cartridges.
