Hi, of course I will do my best to assist you. If you are having trouble with printing from your computer then it sounds like you may need to do a software update. You can find support and information or downloads for your HP C5390 on the HP website here, http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Photosmart-C5300-All-in-One-Printer-series/3560270/model/3726266. If the issue is actually something is physically going wrong then please could you give us a call on 0345 365 3605 and we'll see what we can do to resolve that for you.

Hi Tim, Thanks for your question, we get asked this often! But unfortunately, we can not offer collection at our warehouses, but we understand that sometimes you have an urgent need for printing supplies. The best we can offer is free next-working-day delivery if you order up to 5:30 pm. There are express delivery options in the checkout if you need the order to be guaranteed before 12 pm and 10 am, but these come at a small additional cost.
