How do I check the levels of ink left in my printer?

Hi there, If you're using a Windows computer please follow the instructions below. 1. Make sure your printer is on and connected to the computer/device. 2. Double-click the HP Digital Imaging Monitor on the Windows taskbar located at the bottom of the screen, if it's not there search for the 'HP solution center' in the search bar. 3. Once in the HP solution center click Settings and then click Printer Toolbox. 4. When the toolbox is open click the 'Estimated Ink levels' tab to view all of the cartridge's ink levels. What happens if I am not there to pick up the delivery?

If you are not there the royal mail will then leave you a calling card and then the parcel will be returned to your local courier for your collection. The parcel will be left there for up to 5 working days if not collected in those days it will then be returned to us.

Are these cartridges genuine or are they compatible cartridges?

These cartridges are genuine cartridges, the way we display our compatible cartridges is different to how you can see these HP ink cartridges being displayed here. If a product is compatible, then the display images will be a box featuring ‘TonerGiant’ and the product will be displayed under a genuine product at a cheaper price. Unfortunately, we do not currently have compatible cartridges available for this printer at the moment.
