Hi, unfortunately, we can't source the print head for the Officejet 8100 printer but I will make a few calls with additional suppliers to see if we can get it for you. Hello, to change the ink cartridges on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8100 printer, make sure that your printer is switched on and the power button has been pressed, open the cartridge compartment door located under the scanner and wait for the cartridges to move to the centre. Then, slide-out any empty ink cartridges that you wish to replace, remove the new ink cartridge from its packaging and remove any labels covering the ink chips. SLot the new cartridge into its correct colour port until it clicks in place and then close the printer access door.
