What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

Hi there, we can normally get hold of fusers but I've contacted our suppliers and unfortunately, it looks like we can't get hold of any stock of the one you need. I'm sorry I couldn't help. The reference for the product that you are looking for is RM2-5399-000CN.

How long with the HP 26A last compared to the HP 26X toner? I have quite a big job on. Thanks.

The HP 26A toner (CF226A) can print a maximum of 3100 pages and the HP 26X toner can print up to 9000 pages but what I would say is it really depends on what you're printing as these numbers are based on only 5% of an A4 page being covered in toner (about 5 to 6 paragraphs or black text). Have a look at the following page. Towards the bottom, you'll find a tool that will give you a good idea of how long they will last depending on how much you're printing. Are these toners genuine HP or remanufactured copies?

Hi there, thanks for sending us your question. The 2 toners listed at the top of this page are compatible toner cartridges. They aren't actually copies, they are recycled versions of the HP toner. The bottom 3 toners are genuine HP toner cartridges. You should be able to see the HP logo above the product image which indicates if it's compatible or original.
