What is the returns policy and how do I return a cartridge?
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with TonerGiant. With over 20 years’ expertise, our friendly support team is here to help get you printing again quickly. You can arrange to return a product through our returns form, or by calling us on 0345 365 3605.
If your product becomes faulty
  • Original Cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement for up to 12 months.
  • Compatible cartridges: Return for a refund or replacement up to 3 years.
Please contact us a soon as possible to request a returns number and arrange a free collection.
If you change your mind - 30 Days to return:
  • You have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return and an additional 16 days to return the items to us once arranged (30 Days in total).
  • Ordered incorrectly? We’ll provide a returns number and address for you to send to.
  • Wrong item arrived – We’ll arrange a free collection of the incorrect product(s) and send a replacement.
After 14 days, you may still be able to return the product, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, returns are at our discretion.
Please note: Printer cartridges must be returned unopened, unused, with all seals intact and in a resalable condition, or returns may not be accepted.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

Hi Jack. We don't sell a dual pack version of the compatible 05A like HP does because the compatible toners are such a low price that it would be difficult for us to offer even more discounts on a pack. We do however offer a reduced price without tiered pricing (buy more and save) so if you visit the product page you can see the price reduction for purchasing 2 or 3 or more toners. Can the HP CE505X cartridge be used in the HP2035 Laserjet printer?

Hi Connie, unfortunately the HP CE505X toner does not go in the P2035 Laser printer as it only takes the standard and low capacity toner cartridges.

Hi, I wanted to know if laserjet dual plan 05X CE505XD toner cartridge is compatible with HP Laserjet P2035, if not which printer is for these cartridges?

Hi there, the Laserjet P2035 printer can only take the standard capacity cartridge (CE505A and CE505D) so the CE505XD toner unfortunately won't fit into that machine. The HP CE505X range including the CE505XD toner set will fit into the P2055 series of printers, including P2055d, P2055dn and P2055x and also the P2050 printer.
